Default tractions control kicks in when im not slipping

ok ive got the 2003 enthusist edition and i can just be going down a road strait and say im in fourth and i floor it, some times the tcs kicks in and im like "what the f***". it just seem s kick in way to much even when the tires arnt slipping. i think the tcs compares speed of the front and rear tires and then does its duty based off the info, but if any thing my back tires are bigger than my front causeing them to rotate slower so the car should not think im slipping, any answers?

Default Slip message

This happened to me for a month until I decided to check the brake fluid reservoir...

As the pads wear, the level falls.
When it is low enough, TCS and slip light kicks in during acceletation..
