Welcome- one possibility could be damage to a wheel speed sensor that is causing the TCS and slip light to be activated. Any changes or problems you've had recently that preceded this problem?

most common cause of this would be the camshaft position sensors, they turn those lights on and throw the car into limp mode(thus limiting power). my suggestion is to take the car to autozone or wherever you can get your "codes" read for free, then if you see that codes point out the problem to be a camshaft position sensor, search on ebay for BOTH OEM sensors(left and right, they usually go out within a couple months apart from my experience), dont buy cheap replacements as they are usually a waste of money.

Tire size will not turn tcs and slip on at start up. You have to drive a bit first. I know this because my rear tires are wrong and it takes 20 minutes to turn the lights on, and there is no power reduction either. I'd go with a damaged sensor. Maybe got hit by a rock?

Spacers will not cause a fault because they do not alter the circumference or overall diameter of the wheel and tire.
