The 3rd gear grinding problem is common...I have a touring 6MT with 550 miles on it...problem started with me after about 400 miles on the car and only happens if the car is not warmed up...Nissan tech has same problem with his 350, spoke with him yesterday...he is waiting for the fix, and in the meantime said to just enjoy the car...QUESTION...would replacing the tranny fluid with synthetic cure this, as other posters have suggested this as being a fix...Any help or suggestions other than the tranny being replaced would be appreciated
