the clear coat on bumper is cracking

The paint is fine but the clear coat is cracking! What should I do get the bumper repainted.

If its still factory paint, Nissan *might* cover it under warranty as a defect. But I doubt it.

speak w/ nissan.. if that doesnt work just go out and buy a full aero kit =) good excuse to get some goodies for you buddy
