Stolen Nismo Wheels!
This guy makes me sick! Can you believe some of his past sales. Additionally I got a little suspicious about his seller rating when the tenth "Super fast" or "A+++++" showed up. F*** this guy - I'm in Cali but you get a sufficient address and we can pay him a visit!

Better contact the local PD and eBay...I'm sure they have someone dedicated to dealing with fraud and theft and have established ways of catching them. The can probably find out who he is by tracing his bank account info from PayPal since eBay owns PayPal.
The best news is, you'll hopefully be able to recover the wheels without having to make a claim on your insurance!

Is this for real? Can the guy be that stupid? I never hear of Ventus tires, and to have two of those and two Nittos is quite a rare combination. Plus NISMO wheels with no stickers to boot?
Please please please please please let there be a happy ending with this freak spending some time in jail!!!!

Don't bid on the item, or go vigilante mode. Call your local police immediately and bring the auction to their attention and tell them you think these might be your wheels. Let the proper authorities handle it...

That is insane.. I'd call the police ASAP. Do *not* notify ebay just yet, you want to preserve the auction and account as evidence. You dont want to do anything to tip the guy off, he might try to bolt or dump evidence. The police should be able to handle the situation properly.
If it was me personally, I'd also bid on the rims. Bid a really high amount so you know you'll win. This way, even if the police say they dont have a case or something, you have more options.
I dont know what I would do personally to be completely honest. I'd want to take care of the problem without police involvement, if you know what I mean, but at the same time its not worth going to jail yourself over some lowlife thief scum.
Good luck, and let us know what happens!
