ok so the window wont go up. is there something i can do. i had been getting ready to rund wires to the door but only got as far as taking that plug out that all the door control stuff goes thruogh. i did not disconect the bat for this, because my hu forgets all my presets. the door was slamed kinda hard by a passenger getting in.. oh an the only plug i pulled was the driver side one. and i didnt even do anthing to it, no drilling to make room for the the wires of nothing

 

Before you start runding any wires, are you sure it's not just the passenger window lock on the driver side?

Reminds me of my old 300zx (LONG time ago when I was a dumb kid!). I posted on a 300zx forum a problem with my brakes, they were making loud clicking noises when slipping in the snow........ I even had my friend stand outside to look at it..... He looks at me and says "You idiot, that's your ABS" LOL

i was about to sh*t a brick because it the only car i can drive right now. (other car was in the shop) and it was raining out side plus i would of had to park it down town. and no little plastic sheet would keep people from steeling all my new sterio stuff just instail with no panles covering them. sub just chilling on the back floor for now.

 

HAha when its locked cant you make it go up using your buttons on driver side anyways...

 

nope, i was flip'n those things like crazy and nothing was happening.

 

Same thing happened to me, and I took my car to the dealer. Later that day, the service manager called and said that the mechanics couldn't figure it out, and that they would need to keep the car another day so that they could call Nissan.
An hour after that an embarrased service manager called to tell me that it was just the lock button. Too funny.

Try giving the inside door panel a sharp smack, right around the speaker. I had to do that when my drivers side window motor crapped out, but it did not just totally die at first. Then get to the dealer.
