I need to get me something like that that can be easily concealed, those are illegal here (some people still use them, if you get caught it's a $1000 penalty though)

I have the x50 and mike's mount and its great, except...

To look at it, you have to refocus because its too close to your eyes. If it could be forward a couple inches it would be much better.

Passport x50 all the way. But don't take anybody's word. Go to www.speedzones.com and see the testing on the top brands and exactly how they faired in unabiased testing where no companies were allowed on site. "www.speedzones.com" after you see the results, etc. than you will know what you want.

I love my v1, it picks up radar from reaaaaal far away and the arrows are such a nice feature, no more quessing where the radar/laser is coming from like i did with my passport 7500.

It's was 15 miles to home for lunch today, straight up a long straight boulevard. Traffic was light, and traffic lights far apart. Perfect for running through all six gears up to 55 (and maybe more )

On the way back, I found myself with 5 other drivers, one was a Lexus, and one was a BMW. From the light, they didn't (couldn't ??) keep up. I found myself out in front. Suddenly, my Passport beeped. It was only a single light (and beep), so I knew I had plenty of time. I gradually slowed from my speed to a slower one (much less likely to be interpreted as speeding ). All my friends sped by.

I wish I cuda warned them. I'd flash my headlights if they had been going the other way.

I have a passport 8500 X50 in both my vehicles, and wouldn't use anything else. As mentioned before go to this website and get the real information on the testing of the major brands including the ones mention in this thread. www.speedzones.com It gives the real unbias story and testing of all areas. I would never change.
