AAARRRG - This Forum is Killing Me
First it was the discovery of orange peel on my Super Black.
Now, after break-in, I'm going to have to start worrying about shifting problems at higher rpm's. Then after a couple thousand miles, it's the tires/suspension. Jeez, I need to quit reading these posts.
Actually, reading about potential problems (and their solutions) is very informative. Being the first year of a new model, it should be
expected that problems would exist. They'll be fixed, either by Nissan or the aftermarket (next year's computer will be faster and cheaper, with more bells and whistles, and less lock-ups). There will be improvements in the '04 model, but I'm glad I didn't wait - drove my '03 again yesterday and luvin' every minute of it.
Hell, who even knows that they'll be around next year? Us "mature" guys are facing stroke, heart attack, and cancer. You young guys (and possibly gals) are facing the possible re-introduction of the draft - and Iraq, North Korea, Iran, etc.
Anyway, thanks to all of you who are posting with your longer term experiences. I'll continue to read them and learn how to improve an already dynamite car.
