I used Baker Jackson Nissan on the North side (290 & Eldridge). If you need a name, let me know. Not all service agents are created equal.

Yes, I mean the acutal clutch pedal, like there is a pressure built up in it. If you shift below 2250 RPM, it usually does not happen. A simple adjustment is all that is needed.

-fuel tank cut off for the first 3 months, eventually problem went away
-drivers seat shifted badly, Nissan couldnt fix it, but the fix online did great!
-Tranny got replaced at 10k miles for grinding into 6th.

The car is so fun to drive, and makes my commute 100 times more enjoyable than my old Accord.

You had to replace the tranny due to one bad/missed/blown shift?

I got mine about a month ago, currently at 1,500 miles. I love my Z, it really is fun to drive. I hear a noise from 1st to 2nd when its cold though, I may have to get that checked out soon. The only thing I have a problem with is kicking the doors. Does anyone find scuff marks on yer door because you often kick it getting in and out of it? Passenger side too. Other than having to wipe that down, I love the Z.

Yes, elms350Z, I used to have the same problem getting in & out. I'm 6'1", and wear cowboy boots (I live in Arizona). I've found the only way to eliminate the problem is to park in places where I can open my door fully, get my left foot on the ground, and then swing my right foot to the ground as well. This method works well everywhere except in my garage, where a second car prevents wide opening of the door. In the garage, I've learned to be a contortionist, and keep in a good supply of interior wipes.

Did you get the tire wearing problem resolved. I bought the 350Z with these H&R springs. The guy told me that I needed new tires and it would fix the problem. What tires do you recommend for low tire or no tire noise?

Poseidon - I don't know if you were asking me this question or not.... The tire problem has not come back YET. Fingers crossed. In regards to tires, I don't know what to recommend. Usually a "quiet" tire will not have very good traction rating.

Some Z owners are having issues with their stock tires turning into chickens and BWAKing very loud early in the morning. I hear it's a real pain in the a$$.

IF you happen to see feathers sprouting from the insides of your wheels, get them checked PRONTO!

I got my Z on 10/20/2002 which is the 03 model. Almost 3 years now and still loving it. I still have the same feeling since day 1 when I look it at . I only put like 12k miles on it. Will drive it more this year.
Got the tire feathering--- Dealer replaced tires for free.
Blows system auto adjust---- Dealer fixed.
Window problems ---- Dealer fixed.
Grinding tranny ---- Dealer replaced for free.

What?!

Yes. I missed ONE shift and had to replace the transmission.

/sarcasm

NO! The tranny grinded EVERY time I went into 6th gear. You want to blame that on me somehow?
