I saw the report. Basically the story was about a guy from New York who had a 2004 350ZR. He started having feathering, and the car pulls badly to the right. Nissan told him he was making it up, couldnt get them to fix. In this case cause it was an 2004, and the TSB was only for 2003 250Z. They had the same lawyer from the Ford Exped. on regarding the class action lawsuit. They somehow estimated it would cost Nissan 80,000,000 to fix the issue on all the Z's. And that it most cases that the problem is not fixable, that it has to do with the design of the car. They did get a letter from Nissan stating that customer satisfaction is very important and they are willing to do whatever it takes to correct the situations on a case by case basis when they arise.

At the end of the story the guy is filing a Lemon Law case with Nissan.

Was it CBS Evening News or was it a local news broadcast up in NY/NJ? I just scanned thru the CBS Evening news from Thursday and Friday night and I saw nothing about Zs.
