Anyone in the Bay Area who wants a fast & friendly fix for the Bose in the Touring model, drop on by Capitol Nissan. Request to talk to Andrew McDonald. He is the Service Director. An absolutely great guy who goes above and beyond. He ordered the parts within 4 days. No hassle or pressure. I had mine fixed yesterday. Took less than an hour. The bass is no longer overcompensating.

do you have a phone number or address? I had my order on 11/15/02. The service manager told me last Friday that it's back ordered.
Wonder if I can go to another service department to order this? and get it retrofitted?
