Default Saw the worst Z abuse yesterday

i have to apologize beforehand in case the guy is here on these forums, but you guys would not believe what i saw yesterday.

spanking new Z, silverstone. very nice, 30 day tags still on her. what was so bad you ask? well a certain aftermarket mod is what almost made me puke. on top of the car was a PAPA JOHN's magnetic sign.

thats right the dude was delivering pizzas!!!!!! i mean holy ****. I am in no way stuck up, and i realize that the Z, while nice, is in no way as prestigous as a porsche or some other cars. but it made me cringe to think of the life that his poor Z was going to have to live. a life of stop lights, hard braking and multiple potholes.

tried to get a pic but all i had was my camera phone while driving at the same time.

when you live at home and dont pay any other bills. I probably make less than a pizza guy and still make the payments with money to spare. Its nice living at home until you try to picking up a girl.

i guess i am trying not to rag on anyone trying to make a buck.

i was just mostly shocked that this guy put the sign/magnet on his car.

whats next???

a Z with one of them magnetic ribbons for the troops or "god bless the USA".

all of which are noble causes, even the guy making a buck. but also all of which have no business on the Z!!!!!!

I think that's awesome, I bet he gets papa john's a lot of business. By the way, those "god bless the U.S." magnets don't stick to the back bumper of the Z, so you couldn't put one on if you wanted to.

Be easy on the guy... we all got to make a living...

Besides, this dude may meet some hot chick on one of his deliveries...

Heck, if I was the dude, I'd go straight up to Papa John's promotions and ask them for sponsorship....

So let me see if Im hearing you right..ok? Just hypothetically speaking, suppose I was a vet and I wanted to show my support/pride in my military, who by which was fighting in a foreign land. Are you saying that it would disgrace the Z by putting a magnet in support of people who are dying every day for what you evidently take for granted and that is "FREEDOM" to do what you want and to say stupid Sh*t like this. If owning a Z is going to make me stuck up and talk junk about something as trivial as that then i dont want one and definitely do not want to be associated with people who do.
You have a problem with a sticker that says "Support our troops" or "God bless the USA" then you have a problem with me. Because guess what, Im over here with them in direct support of what they are doing. Obviously you never had to fight for anything other than a parking space

there are better ways to show your support/pride than buying a stupid magnet.

You are exactly right. One being that you could join the military..or you could fly a flag at your home, or you could write a simple letter to someone that you know that is in Iraq supporting them, even if you dont support the war. You are very correct. But you dont see anyone flaming you for your way of support. Im sure there are people out there who dont agree with what you do to your car with some of your modifications..but that is the greatest thing about this country is that it is "your" choice. Its your car. Thats just like him..Maybe he doesnt care what people think..and good for him. If that pizza sign bothered that guy that originated this forum so much, maybe he should have had enough "*****" to go tell him instead of going behind this guys back and talking crap about him on a national ... excuse me a world forum. Its like the other guys said.. Maybe's he trying to get himself out of a jam and working a second job, instead of having to mooch off his parents. Noone knows his reasons, so why sit here and debate why someone assumes why he is doing what he is..Hell maybe we should congratulate him on not mooching off of the system and paying for his own wheels... Man, you'd think there were a bunch of spoiled teenagers on this forum..I love the information you guys give me and I have learned a lot, but dag on guys..quite talking junk about someone that is earning money in a car that you think he shouldnt be using..what should he be using?? an accord, civic, pinto..something that suits the look of the job a little better..?
