Default 650+ hp turbo kit for 350z?

http://godspeed.hack.net/PE.html

found this and don't believe it! all for 4,500?! Could someone take a look at this and give some opinons. I don't know much about turbo kits but know this seems too cheap for that much power. I hope this isn't a repost.

The important thing to notice is it says capable. That means that the turbos can flow enough to provide that amount of power assuming you make the other necessary upgrades. This does not mean, if you buy this kit and bolt it on you, then you will have 650+ hp.

That said, this turbo kit is one that the community is watching to see what kind of performance it can provide. PE has a pretty good rep with their kits, IIRC.

From looking at the web site, the company does not look very solid or trustworthy. It could be just their web presence that is lousy, but I don't know how much confidence I would have buying from them.
