I don't understand all this talk about the wrinkles going away over time. My seats were tight as a snare drum when I got them done and if anything I have developed one or two extremely minor wrinkles. If they are willing, I would have your installer stretch them a little more. The color looks great against LS and for the money you paid, they should go back in a pull on them a bit more IMO. Here's a shot of my seats the day I got them. Mine are also CST.

Thumbs up

I was talking about the original poster's, but yours looks just as good too (They also look like factory!). I plan on getting an enthusiast model and either bargaining with the dealer to give me leather seats, but if the price is too high I'll have to resort to cover's or aftermarket seats, but I truly want the seats to look like factory. IMHO I think factory leather seats are clean.

If I didn't live in a climate with 100 degree weather three-quarters of the year I would get leather too. It's so nice. But burning your *** every time you sit in your car just isn't worth it. Plus it makes it easier for you to slide around in the twisties.

Exactly why sports cars shouldn't come with leather and why I bought an Enthusiast.

these guys do all the aftermarket work for the major dealers in town. they have told me time and time again not to fret about the wrinkles. plus he said after a couple of days if they are not gone, tehy will manually remove them (retighten). so either way, they will be awesome!

i actually watched my guys do my seats, pretty cool. they strip off the old cloth, which is basically a kit like the leather. they strip that off, take out the staples, then spray the foam down with this stuff that makes it easier to initially slide the leather over. then they stretch and stretch and stretch the **** out of the leather and staple it to the foam, actually staple it first to the seat and back, then stretch it over and then staple the outsides down underneath.

I looked at the Classic Soft web site and found the dealer in Atlanta. They charge $995 plus tax to do a 350Z. So it sounds like you got a great deal.

in mr2 land we often were able to work out group buys with them.. i got mine for $650 installed. i bet if you got 10 people together that wanted to do it, they would give it to you as well.
