how is it RICE if you paint them and put a "350Z" or a "Nissan" sticker on it, seems to me like this is ACTUALLY NOT trying to CLAIM that they are something tht they aren't, in reality it is claiming that they are what they are, NISSAN 350Z brakes. Now if someone put Brembo stickers on there, that is RICE

Then again, my non-car enthusiast friends say an Asian import with an aftermarket wing or wheels or exhaust is rice . . . again, very relative to who you're talking to.

Ohhh, and you can paint your battery covers as well. Painting and chroming engine parts and the engine bay has been going on for a hell of lot longer than "rice" has even existed. Think about it, duhhh. Makes me want to comment to my friend with a '68 Camaro and show shiny engine bay next time I see him... "Dude, that's so riced out! Rice Rice RICE!!!"

All I know is I get nothing but complements on them and Jasons graphics look great! Hell the dealership wanted to know where I bought them and couldn't even tell they were painted.

How silly this all is. Put on or paint what you like. Sure, some things will be funny to some of us. Some things will look really nice. Whatever. I like the car I saw on here the other day with a huge hole cut in the grill and hood, and the turbocharger and intercooler just hanging out in the air. Wasn't rice. Was madmax looking.

I had mine painted that brembro Gold with red 350z graphics. The gold matches the burnt orange interior. The nissan body shop that painted them thought I was crazy till they were done. They look great!!
