I've had my 350Z for a week. My compact CD player just when on the blink. It started buzzing and changing from one CD track to another. Will not play CDs at all. I removed all CDs and inserted just one. Same buzzing problem. When FF is push, display says "Check CD". Anyone else experience this problem? Any Ideas?

Just one idea: get the dealer to fix it under warranty! They will most likely replace the head unit.

 

Took it in to the dealer today. Relacement CD changer on order. Of course it's under warranty. I had not even preset the radio yet.

 

Dealer replaced CD changer/Radio. Problem solved for now. We will see how long it holds up. I get the feeling that the CD changers are prown to give problems. The installer at the dealer, was heavy handed and damaged the console/dash panels when removing and replacing unit. Dealer has ordered me new panels to replace those they damaged. I was afraid that this was going to happen. Also have on order a replacement Audio Pilot to fix base problem with Bose system.
