How do you get the PDF file? It says u need to purchase the $300 dollar service manual...

Owners manual is not the same as service manual.

Owners manual is your lil user guide you get with the car. Service manual is the monster book set covering every detail and servicability with the car (and now available on CD as well in PDF)
