Default What i do...since you asked

I started out working on designing and building furnature but always wanted to go into teaching. I majored in design and started teaching drafting, CAD, and architecture at the HS and college levels and have been doing that for 20 years now. I do a lot of house designs for people just to stay active designing something so what I teach is valid. Right now, we just started working with a program called Solidworkds which is a #D solidmodeling program that is really powerful. Design is a process and what a lot of people are doing with a Z when they are modifying it is that process. This is why I do not understand anyone being negative of suggesting improvements on any product.

They had a photoshopped job of a Z where the indentation for the license plate was gone... now that made it look like a huge butt!! I remember there being some complaints b/c of how the had the license plate situated but after seeing a decent photoshop with it gone ... ... ugh!! The rear has come a long way. The car has come a long way since the first concept.

Oh, and that silver side profile on the first page. If you had t-tops they would practically be the entire roof. The teardrop really wasn't made for ttops. A targa would work!

Default Maybe I'm Wierd ?

As soon as I saw my new Z coming at me out of the dealers garage, I was in love. So far (6000+ miles) However, I asked my self one question, could I get chrome of aluminum trim strips to go over the bars/strips in the front grill. I have had chrome wheel well trim on other cars and they looked great as well as protecting the wheel wells from dings.

Wierd ? Maybe.

Just keep on Z'n Still Jumpin for Joy
I think I'll go out and drive it right now. Bye.

I suggest people open up their minds to ideas rather than thinking it cannot be improved because everything can be improved.
This is definitely true, and a good way to illustrate to current owners!

maybe if i wish really hard, santa might grant me these two wishes..... hahahahah...

what do you people think??
If you mean to say 2 things that would make the Z look ugly as hell, yes you're right.

Only thing I dislike about the Z 1970-2006 is when you look stright at it from the front. the factory bumper/hood has always had a very boxy look to it. for a car with many many lines the boxy front just kills it for me.=(

I agree the a$$ end is a lil too long but I don't think bigger tail lights would be any better, only worse for me.

If you lose 3 inches to the rear, then you wouldn't be able to fit the two golf bags like the dealership brags about Also, it would start getting into the crossfire territory *shudder* Am I the only one who thinks the Crossfire is missing a rear end? What the hell were they thinking?

PS: I like the rear of the Z.

well hMMM id say relocate the GAS CAP to a less prominent/ curvey location!!!

why cant we go back to when many cars had fuel filler hidden behind licence plate??
you also have the bonus of filling up in any gas line..

and maby smaller / less chrome headlights....

sunroof/ t-top and fog lights of course

those are more additions than changes tho..
still love it tho but like change

I think they went away front under the plate gas fillers for safety reasons. IMHO.

I loved my 67 and 68 Cougars with that feature.

Quit complaining. Ever since I saw the Z I always thought it had a sexy rear end. I just wanted to back up to that bumper and smack that monkey
