thanks for the story man - and the warning... this is the worse i've heard.
i'm sorry you had to go through all of that - and it seems/sounds like you had a good attitude about it when it was taking him forever to think of lies.
i cant see anyone reading this thread and then doing business with them.

Almost worth renting the booth next to them at SEMA (never been but is it a vender booth type thing?) and having a big sign that tells people not to do business with them with a flyer with your story on it as hand-outs.
That's pathetic.
-Chicken (wonders when they'll become a my350z sponsor, if they aren't already)

If the bad company pays to be a vendor on this site...
Never, Its a good company just had a few setbacks
If not a paid vender, don't know b/c they could be someday.
Either way what is stopping a member from starting a thread with vendor names and links to the threads giving good/bad experiences.

I would definitely file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Just keep in mind the BBB doesn't really represent the consumer and they are a bit shady themselves. It's really hard to get a bad rating if you are a paying member.
If you aren't a paying member they call you constantly with this scam statement, "We would like to talk to you about customer complaints." They don't tell you that there are no complaints but that they want to talk to you in general about complaints. Once they get you scared that someone is complaining about you they try to pressure you into joining so they can mediate any future complaints. I'll give it to them, it's a great scam, but a scam none the less.

Don't bother with a complaint to The Better Business Bureau all they have to do is pay the BBB and the complaint will be taken off, but one thing you can do is put on on this site http://www.badbusinessbureau.com/ alot of people look on it, before they deal with a company, you might want to check it out too, this site tells you like it is with a company. I always look there, before dealing with a company. and it's free.
