I have said it more times than I care to remember. Race does not equal Rice. I wonder how many people would call the Corvette C5-R rice? I doubt any of you have to worry about seeing a C-West 350Z at the corner 7-11.

Why Buy a ShitVic.... I kinda have to go with the tuning side of Z. Nissan coulda made the front better..... And A GT style wing won't hurt it. It will give it more downforce. But one thing is for sure. I will never go allout with the sticker work and the fenders changes and stuff.. Most likey just the front and a wing. You can't call that rice. Only Hondu Acura Toy (ota ) and mitz could be RICE!.

Erm, correct me if I'm wrong (and I certainly may be), but I don't recall seeing a C-West kit on any actual race-dedicated cars other than the C-West team's cars. That's the company team, of course they're going to run their product. Besides, the kits on those cars are much, much tamer than the one here, because- lets face it- all that busy bodywork (like the stuff in this drawing) makes for more turbulance and a higher Cd. More drag means fewer trophies.
Look, just because C-West says their kits are "pure functionality" doesn't mean that they really are. That's like Bose selling themselves as the top choice of audiophiles, and it seems like EVERYBODY just takes their word for it! But take two minutes to check any serious high-end audio media source and you'll find that they all laugh at Bose as, at best, overpriced mid-fi. (Curious? see http://www.fiendation.com/300zx/bosefaq.htm) I doubt C-West's consumer-oriented body kits are much different, because true race kits would be designed totally disregarding NVH and not worrying too much about fit & finish, and that just wouldn't sell, other than maybe low-volume to race teams. Not to mention that real race bodywork doesn't include openings or mounting points for real headlights, taillights, or DOT-legal bumpers, pesky stuff like that.
Bottom line: don't believe marketing. Or Super Street for that matter.

I am 17, and I can't stand "rice". Yeah, and don't buy into marketing. The Z with it's small spoiler allready has decent areodynamics with almost no lift...so addng a huge wind like that will just cause more drag...but I'm no expert.

How do you know? It's a hand drawn sketch by an artist. There is no engineering to it...yet. The C-West body kit will only be an example of artistic expression until there are measured performance values associated with the kit in physical form.
