Default Has ANYONE had to fix this as well??

Allright well about a month back, some jerk off snapped off my short antenna on my Z. He didnt just snap the antenna part, but grabbed around the base where the antenna screws into the housing and snapped it at the metal!!! Now, theres not enough left sticking out to screw the remaining metal threaded antenna part out. What do you guys think the dealership will charge me for one of those little black housings that the antenna screws into?

Thanx, any moral support would be great.

Not sure how it works but if it's one piece they will have to run a new cable from the head unit out to the back of the car.

If it's not one piece then Im guessing it would only be a few dollars for the part and maybe 1/2 hour labor to fix.

The antenna has a booster located behind the left rear wheel well - just to the right (outside) of the Bose amplifier in the trunk. That's where the antenna plugs in.
