I like my enthusiast, I think for 2,000 bux Its worth it for my LSD, which for the street and occasioanl drag strip is fine, i dont road course race, and for an occosional autox i think it should be fine. I love my HIDs, I love my cruise control, I REALLY love the auto dimming rearview mirrors, and in Florida where it rains for more than half the year, I LOVE my traction control. (I do like the aluminum pedal covers too LOL )

So lets see...

LSD
HID
TCS
Power dimming rearview
Traction control

I think thats worth the 2k diff.

Are we really going beyond what the website is for, helping not hindering. We "350Z owners" are supposed to support each other, that should be every auto enthusiast’s viewpoint. No matter how old you are, and or style of 350Z you have, we look to each other "Z owners" for assistance. Keep looking, nothing is impossible, it may be an item that only those select customizing shops do. Good luck searching.

My dog is better than everyone else's dog!!!

Although I do prefer my 350Z over my WRX, I do miss the Subaru community which is much more supportive and positive versus this site and some of the other Z sites that seem to be much more childish and competitive on the most assanine level.

On to the topic, I too went with the base model due to time constraints and no Enthusiast or Touring model being available with the color and transmission preferences I was set on. To me, living without a feature is easier than living with a second choice in color or transmission. So I guess that makes me an inferior member or Z owner to some? Come on, now! Put your online ***** and measuring tape away and just focus on that we all simply want to/and enjoy our vehicles and look forward to modifications that only increase our passion for the car.

Okay...

I'd like to add Cruise to my base model. Did this thread ever come up with anything? The local Audio shop that does all the Nissan aftermarket work says $300 bucks no problem. Will be a little box somewhere with resume/set control. Everything else is hidden.

$300 to add cruise, as long as it's not bubblegum and bailing wire works for me. Just got this car, 2004 base with 23,000 miles, 6 sp man, dark tint, aero kit, nothing else.

about $19,500.

Pure black on black.
