Smog Legal Question???

does anyone know if the injen ses straight tip exhaust is smog legal in California???

I think (don't qoute me on this) exhaust is not part of the smog thing in cali. the only stuff they check is cats, headers and intake. the only problem with exhaust is the loudness of it.
