For those that installed after market lip and chin spoilers, did you leave the OEM chin spoiler on or did you remove it?

I have the Kaminari lip spoiler on my car and when the body shop installed it they left the OEM chin spoiler on the car. Recently some a$$ stole the OEM chin spoiler, the undercarriage engine cover and the rear diffusers. I've had everything replaced except the OEM chin spoiler. The Nissan dealer said that they couldn't do it because it already had the Kaminari lip on there. I thought it was strange because both spoilers were on there before the other OEM was stolen. Now I'm wondering if people removed the OEM when they installed the new spoiler.
