Techno ECU
ya dude. you are confused. there is no "techno ecu chip". there's a company, technosquare, that does ecu reflashing (modification). you need to educate yourself, and this site is a great place to do it. use search function, titles-only option. start reading.
heres the ecu i foundon this site http://www.ultimatez.com/shop/index.php?shop=1&cat=185&cart=346615
It's just ECU reflashing. They offer cores though (buy an OEM ECU, reflash'd by TS, sent to you, you send your ECU to them and get the core charge back).
No one has came out with a complete ECU replacement and won't ever IMO.
Altered Atmosphere Motorsports offers reflashing as well.

A little off subject but I'll add my $0.02 anyway.
"Flashing" is a term I've never seen until I got involved with car mods.
Computer memory can be classified into two types, volatile and non-volatile. Volatile memory loses it's contents when the power is removed and must be reloaded when restarted. Non-volatile memory keeps its information even when the power is removed.
Ram in your PC is volatile but the hard drive is non-volatile.
A type of memory that is non-volatile is called Flash Memory. These are IC's of various sizes and are used to hold the program for a computer. The ECU is a computer.
There are other less expensive types of non-volatile memory IC's but they don't allow the program to be changed after it's programmed the first time.
So, the term "flash" as we use it here works but it's like saying that you are going to "hard drive" my PC when you install a program.

Ken huh? The term flash has been around for years, of course from the PC industry. Everyone must have flashed their ami bios's in their pc's by now huh?? The ECU has the same thing, a flashable chip that you can reprogram by uploading a new program. Nothing new here.
