Default Leather seat problem...Peeling?warranty covered?

Hey I have a slight problem with my leather on my seats. On the drivers side lumbar support area, the leather is doing some funky stuff.

It looks like the top layer is peeling away in tiny spots. Not ripping away but peeling into real small spots. Under the peeled spots it is a black color. I treat my leather with conditioner and never use any adrasives on the seats to clean them.

Is this someting that would be covered under the warranty? Am I looking at a new seat from the dealer. I might have to take a trip to see them this week.

Any opinions?

Sorry no pix...my camera is all goofed up!

mine from leatherseats.com are sloughing off in high stress areas after only 8 mos. they say they will send replacements, but they want me to install them within 30 days, or they're gonna charge me for them.
btw, its been 3 weeks since they said they would send new ones, but i haven't received them, and they're not replying to my emails.

the ones i had before, from classic soft trim, never had any problems, and i had them at least twice as long as the ones from leatherseats.com, who will honor their warranty whether they want to or not.
