noticed a number of threads recently bashing iforged for whatever reason...and while i used to be on that boat i just felt that it would only be fair to them to post a positive feedback where its due
first with quality--i have gone throguh numerous wheels from iforged (sometimes their fault sometrimes mine) and each different "version" has showed improvement....
the latest wheel was received today in a decent turnaround time and the quality of the polishing and overall appearance of the wheel was better than ever before...
second was customer service---i ordered only one wheel because i curbed one badly...the wheel is a 19x8 and when i opened the box i noticed that it had a much smaller lip than the other side of my car...we "measured" the offset at the wheel shop thinking that there is no way its the same...it happened to be the same offset but the wheel might have been accidentally made for a brembo setup hence less lip....
i was just concerened with driveability and since this would be fine i just called vince to clear things up...he offered to make me a new wheel at no extra charge...all while i get to keep the current wheel on my car while the other is being made...
granted it was a mistake and they should fix it...but i basically didnt even have to ask...
big improvement since the past
thumbs up in my book
