Default Factory spoiler not fully stuck down: should I be concerned?

I had a factory spoiler installed on our Z at the dealer and when I picked up the car I noticed that the adhesive was not fully stuck down where water would run down from the rear window into the spoiler.

Should I be concerned about this from a rust or water damage standpoint since there are posts drilled into the trunk?

Also, if this is of concern, should I be able to take off the spoiler, remove the tape and re-do it myself or would you spend the time and effort taking it back to the dealer?

If the dealer did it & you find a flaw in their installation, I'd just bring it back & have them fix it.

Just let them handle it, their fault anyway for not making it a clean install.
