A "Z" in any color is a thing of beauty......but my preferences are:

1.) Super Black....I am just a little biased...
2.) Daytona Blue
3.) Red

 

Always go with the first choice of color, because you will keep asking yourself why didn't I get that color. My first color was the Daytona Blue and made a mistake the second time around getting a SuperBlack Roadster. That B*t*ch is hard to keep clean! If I had to go back again I would go with Silver or Daytona Blue. The only regret with the roadster is the color, I would do it over again but pick a better color.

I don't think the blue is "girly" in general, blue is a male color (think baby rooms, etc.). If you were considering hot pink, then yes, that would be considered a tad on the "girly" side.

I went through the same dilema when I was about to buy. I was dead set on blue until I saw it, then didn't like it. Back to my original CS (silver), which is what I bought.

my suggestion is to go see them all in person (at a dealer or at a meet). As I mentioned, I was dead set on blue, until I saw it in person. I think you need to really see them all next to eachother to decide which you like best. There is no "best color."

 

Black all the way Its a drag to keep clean but at night when its super clean its the nicest in my opinion and also super classy and sleek.

 

Eveyone knows red is fastest. Just ask the cops.

i'm also buying a 350z enth roadster 6-speed soon *2 weeks or so*, I love the DB and black... but something tells me I might get the yellow... between those three colors which one should I get?

 

We love all color Z's here. But I'll tell you from my exp. I have a SB and it's very hard to keep clean. It needs to be wiped down everyday with a Cali Duster. But nothing looks better a clean and waxed SB Z! =)

 

The yellow has to be seen in person on a sunny day to appreciate. Even then, it's a love it or hate it color. The color is only a 1-year color though, and there is a limited number of them on the roads just like the brickyard so it's less likely you will see one just like yours. As an added bonus, it's pretty easy to keep clean. It's a color that doesn't really look dirty when you haven't washed it in a while, but you can really tell when one's clean.

 

Color is very subjective. Just go with the one that you feel appeals to you more. Plus, like many have pointed out already, some colors may require more maintenance then others. To get an idea of what everyone has, here's a poll that shows what everyone owns. Obviously, it's still at its early stage but you could at least get an idea of which ones are more popular than others.
