I am just about to buy my 05 350z and i am very cautious about what color to get. My favorite color right now is the grey color. But i also like the other colors besides orange and brickyard (no offense) i just wanted to know if anyone said that the blue color was girly, or if the grey is better then the silver. Oh well i could go on for hours. Please help me out and be part of the descision.

 

Brickyard was only available in 2003 and is probably my favorite too. However, I think deciding which color to get is probably the hardest decision because they all look good on the Z. I let the money decide and ended up getting a SB Touring model. The only one I wanted to stay away from is redline/laser red (G35) because I've heard they attract more attention form the police.

 

Black IMO looks the best on the Z, but is a ***** to keep clean and maintain. All the colors look great on the car, but id go for the silverstone or daytona blue if i were to have done it over again. The normal silver is too popular and is what at least 50% of the drivers in Z's i see on the road have.

I'm glad you aren't getting the Lemans sunset, the less is out there, the more exclusive my car is! lol

My Lemans sunset colour gets so much attention it's crazy, My friend rolled up her passenger window because she was so unconfortable with everyone staring! I love it!!

There's just waaaaaaaaaay too many silver/grey car on the road now, so getting a silver/grey Z was out of the question for me. I wasn't going to pay this much for a car that blended in with every other car colour out there.

hey go to forums => gallery => colors... See what you like.. I liked the black but we have a black maxima... The white looks pimping. The silverstone i stoped liking after a while. I ended up with silver but for the roadster soits like a silver /black. Get what u will be happy with

I have a black one, but I think the best color in terms of depth and complexity definitely goes to PPW. A close second is ultra yellow. Then silverstone. Of course this is just my opinion.

I would still rather own a black one which fits my style better, but I think PPW is the "
best color."

Just go check out a white one up close, it is very interesting to see up close (as is ultra yellow). These two colors are just not quite what you'd expect by looking at them from far away.

Don't get yellow.....it sucks!!!!!! (attempts to preserve the exclusivity factor of his own yellow Z which is the ultimate hotness)

 

people say my PPW looks like a UFO. and when you get close you will see alot of flakes of blue, silver and well not sure what else, i just see alot of sparkles.

 

LOL, I would have to say that blue is a girly color BECAUSE it is one of the favored colors by girls!!! HENCE...more girls that will like your car! LOL

blue is hott color, that is what sold me on the car itself, was the DB paint.

Agreed. I bought the PPW and when it's clean, the compliments about the pearl flashes that shine in the sun come from people just about everywhere I go.

Very impressed with the paint, just wish it would stay clean longer than 2 days after a wash.
