flywheel noise isn't bothersome whatsoever if you just raise your idle.
Have the nissan dealer do it or have it permanently done when you get a ECU reflash...
Even my tilton which is the noisiest of the clutch/flywheels - is dead quiet now. Now my car just sounds meaner at stoplights because the idle is raised. Only downside is you lose a tiny fraction of gas mileage - actually I'm not even sure it's all that measurable, maybe 1-2% more gas? I sure don't notice it anyway. Small price to pay. It's also harder to stall the car with the idle raised
And BTW I just replaced my wheels/tires with some big stickier michelin PS2 295's in the rear and my tilton along with the 3.9 final drive, and UR pulley are WAY easier to drive now

yeah it sounds like a lot, but if you drive a tilton you already realize how that's no big deal since you're used to driving above 2500rpms all the time anyway. It also allows you to get the car going easier without using the gas pedal and just pulling out the clutch slowly. It's just the nature of the beast. IMO it's the best setup for the tilton, UR pulley, 3.9 final drive, and JWT cams anyway. It helps you not feel like you're barely treading water as much at the stall threshold.
IMO your average driver on the street will not enjoy the tilton, but if you're a quick-minded performance driver, it isn't so bad. It's actually easier to drive if you're more aggressive with the gas pedal - but you need good enough tires to not spin out the tires. Or at least upgrade them before you add a 3.9 final drive and UR pulley

Anyone regret goin with cams over savin for FI? BTW, my JWT flwheel is great! It makes a little noise but it doesn't bother me enough to regret doing it. I definitely think it's one of my favorite mods I've done. It performs awesome.
