They have excellent customer service, if you email them about your order, a real person gets back to you, and promptly. I mentioned that I wasn't satisfied with part of my order, and they immediately took care of it, offering to ship out a replacement.

They handle returns very well too.

Just make sure you know what you're ordering... they are a good vendor but they still sell some crappy parts ("Pilot" brand bulbs for example).

In any case, they have a pretty big online store, I also bought my shift **** and boot from there.

I would recommend them if you see something on their website that you want.
