Default Overlay installation.

how did you guys go about installing BAT's overlays? i just got some and it says to use a water and soap solution. can you guys fill me in on the process?

which one you got? here's what I do with mine. first clean the area on which the overlay will stick to. then get a spray bottle, fill it with soapy water.. spray lots of soapy water on the area on where you gonna stick the overlay. peel the back part of the overlay and place it on that area. you can adjust it anyway you want it since it's still wet with soapy water. when you find the right spot, hold the overlay down and use a damp sponge to take the bubbles out of the overlay. after you're done then just sit back and wait till it dries up

Quick question for those who have the taillight overlays...

I did the soap & water bit as well as the heat gun method but although the overlay seems to be flush against the taillight now, there ares still very tiny bubbles appearing. I tried to smooth them out as much as possible but they won't go away. It's similar to having the tiny bubbles (pin head size) just after you tint your windows. Do I just leave this as is (just like the window tint) & have them naturally dry out?
