I saw the nissan EPC (Electronic Parts Catalog) CD on listed on e-bay, is this the same tool that use the dealer? or is this really usefull. Thanks in advice!

I've got it on CD and it's awesome but I got mine for free from a friend. I'm sure you could find it somewhere without having to pay much for it. How much is it on ebay?
