OFFICIAL 2006 350Z Changes & Photos
Can someone answer a question for me?
Why do all the reports say something like "Grand Touring model is the Touring model with (among other things) VDC" ??
My Touring model already has VDC. Are they taking it off of the '06 regular Touring model so that it looks like an advantage for this new Grand Touring model???

It's a great color but I can't help but wonder how much it will take away from the Brickyard's rarity.

Just a side note, my wife has claimed to have seen a BY roadster on several occasions in our area. She's had several sightings over the last 1.5 yrs. Do you think thats a custom "Chop" or is it possible he/she was able to order the 04 roadster in BY?
Just curious. If I ever see it (hopefully before the 06 release) I'll run them down to find out.

It's a 35AE but different wheels (18" fronts, 19" rears, lightweight Rays Engineering 5-spokers) and it gets the 2006 cosmetic upgrades and MP3 playing capablities (but mechanically, it's the same).

On another note, do the 35ths also have a 7k redline?

But some suggest a flatter torque curve, allowing more available torque at lower rpm's (and hence a faster 0-60)? Anyway to confirm this? All the torque curves I can find online just has the old 287hp//274lb/ft curve.

Anyway join the club man. I have to wait until Feburary or longer if they don't have what I want in stock someplace, either that or spend more money which I don't want to do and get a Enthu, which I don't want:-(
I might need to start shopping middle of Januray in case I have to order mine because I hear they send out all special orders on the first of each month.
