Just curious who's gotten the most miles off their first set of tires.

rears went out at 24k

 

rear - 19K

front - replaced @ 15K (feathering)

 

rear replaced around 15k, fronts replaced around 10k due to feathering.

4k but thats bc i got tired of sliding around on them. Crappy potenzas, they really are terrible tires.

 

14K on rears. They were bald. The next set was half gone at 7K before I got new wheels and tires. Falken lasted about 23K before they were replaced.

 

I'm at 26K and the backs are not in the best shape but still driveable. The fronts are in really good shape. I bought my car used though so who knows they may have replaced the front tires on it.

 

about 22k I could have hit 24-25

11,000 miles on the front Shitenzas, Monster truck roar. Replaced for free then taken off after 2000 miles. Replaced all 4 tires with my current set up in sig. BEN

 

i am at 15 and the tire place said i have 4k more mile left at most... I may try and get them to last as long as I can. I want some of the 06 rims and tires so I am hoping my tires last long enough for the 06 to come and the forum to be flooded with people selling their 06 rims but I doubt I will make it that long.

I plan to replace my brakes before I replace my tires just b/c I am sick of the dust

 

10300. Had them replaced by the dealer yesterday along with a free alignment for feathering reasons. Didn't realize how bad they really were until you get a fresh pair on.

 

Front tires replaced @ 14K and then again at 9K miles later due to feathering/roar... Rears were bald when removed at 23K.

Now on current setup in sig with about 10K miles and no feathering or roar. Just cross rotated the fronts to try to keeep away the feathering.

 

34,000 on the rears before one severely stressed one blew.

 

Just had the front original tires replaced at 18,000 plus - due to tire noise. I could have gotten another 10 out of them - but there was enough tread left on them that I could get 100% replacement per letter from manufacturer. I thought the tires were quite noisey from the day I drove it home from the dealorship - but thought perhaps just the engine noise! Cant believe how much quieter the new tires are - especially when slowing down to stop! I can actually hear the engiine!!

 

13k on front so i replaced all four but rear prolly had like 5k more left.
truely are shitenzas. Almost died in them. I think i have feathering but i dont want to admit it ;\.
