You are so right about being the first one at the dealer with a problem. Most of the time we knew about the problem before the dealer ever did (because of this forum)...and that in itself caused problems because they didn't believe us

I remember when I was one of the first if not the first to go in with the clunk in the suspesion and they actually sent a Nissan rep to figure it out, they changed out the strut as well as every piece of suspension on that side only to find on the last try that it was the bolts not being tight enough.

Think the first issue I had to deal with was the Bose system amp fix. We found out about the problem so far ahead of the dealers, they just didn't believe me when I brought it up. Now that same dealer puts my 'Zee-Bracket' on every car they get in...go figure
