Default 800 Nissan 1

I spoke with the dealer again today and pursuing this paint job quality issue. He told me we should all call 1800NISSAN1 and speak with them. So I tried this and for the past 30 minutes they have been experiencing "unusually high call volume"

So may I suggest that we ALL call these guys and find out their response and share our finding here. Or start a PM thread, I am not sure the most appropriate way to handle that on these sites??

Let's work together to get NISSAN to do the right thing with these paint jobs.

Bye the way, when you call hit 7 and then 4 to bypass all the blah blah. They also suggest you have your vin available.

I finally got through after holding for 20 minutes and I have a claim number and am waiting for the "regional rep" to call me back. If you would like you can refer to case number 5067171 so that they can keep the number of complaints about this same issue in front of them.

No color even compares to BLACK on a sports car. Yes, It's difficult to maintain, but it's worth the trouble. I have hundreds of small white specks on my hood and front... They are little chips. I have a $hitload of swirls, a couple of little dings, some water spots, 2 or 5 key marks, but when MY superblack gets a fresh cleaning, nothing looks better and you hardly notice the flaws.

I'll have to +1 that. I have an 05 SB Z and that's the only thing I kinda don't like sometimes, when it's clean it is BAD*SS but when it's dirty, oh man.....it gets that way fast too. I keep a cali duster in my trunk and have to use it every morning. Anyways, no prob with the white flakes tho, I thought that was only in the early makes? Also, When I had a little hail damage it got fized great, but I can still see small swirls from that, and only in a certain light/angle. Do any of you guys know what will help with that that I can buy locally? Maybe from autozone or somethin? Or does Zaino really help with this or not? I just don't wanna buy it and then it not work, like most other crap out there. Thanks--
