The same thing happened 2 me the first week I had my car luckily Insurance covered for a whole new car.

 

Dude.....that sucks ROYALLY!!! get her f**kin insurance information and milk every single penny out of her. I would be f**kin pissed if that ever happened. Thats why I always park my car miles away from everyone else ( not to say that it wouldn't happen there ).

well figured i'd give you guys an update......

as of today i am suuuuper pissed off!!!!

i just got the report that the bastard cop filed and it claims that the ***** in the red car got hit and there were 2 other vehicles involved!

imagine that...... the stupid ****in black girl (that caused the wreck) is claiming that SHE GOT HIT!!!! WTF?!!!!

 

i'm goin to talk to the officer that did the report tomorrow and i'm bringin all the pics to prove her report wrong ........we gonna have a couple words

i would love for this ****** to get fired!

 

btw.... here's the view that shows the red car hit the truck and the truck hit me

I know the feeling...this happend to me 5 days after taking delievery. Some guy backed into me and but he said I rear ended him...to make a long story short my insurance paid for the damages on my car and it was never resolved who was at fault

Ugh that really hurts. Just try to talk to the cop VERY calmly otherwise you'll never have any success with him. You're almost better off showing the pictures and saying that you thought these would help him with his report and him finding out for himself the the red car hit the truck. Actually you might be better off making copies for the guy driving the truck since you have his contact info and having him deal with the cop.

well think of it this, a chance for aftermarket stuff :-) , i hope everything works out for u , i know id kill someone if they didnt take the blame for something they did.

damn... i thought i had it bad when i discovered a few dings on my car from crews cleaning up all the downed trees here... Just take it to a reputable shop and have it fixed. The driveablility of the car shouldn't be affected.

 

Moral of the story, pack a camera or video recorder! Good luck Nismo, It just steams me up when I hear people throwing the blame back at you.

 

yea i'ma keep that in mind for future use..... luckly i had a camera on my phone to snap some quick pics that are commin in very handy

 

Yeah don't let the whole crap go to court though. Digital photos are no longer permissionable thanks to photoshop and the sort.

 

thats gonna cost ALOT to repair, i would think thosands, my friend had his rear quarterpanel dented and he got $3k from the insurance company

 

they quoted me 5 grand.... and that was just visiable damage... not including internal damage

 

To cover this, just bust on over to Wal-mart and print out your digital photos. The paper is Kodak, and with 3x5 and at least a 5MP camera it's hard to tell the difference.

 

Ouch, i feel your pain, i got my car back from the repair shop 3weeks ago. Didnt have that much damage but enough to be over 7k, but your looking at atless 7k of damage or more, and be with out your car for 5 weeks or so.

 

Aww man that sucks major @$$. I feel for you dude. My car didn't get hit but it got vandalized. Some punk @$$ stole my rear emblem on the back and spilled milk all over my hood. The milk came off after a wash and the whole emblem cost me around $150 to replace. People are just jealous. When I saw my car I was sooo mad . But i got a police report and everyhting done. This happend around 4-5months after i got the car brand new. BTW, which school do you got to? I go to UCR and after that happend to my Z, I broke my apt. lease and moved out to a new apt. with a garage. (Shows how much i love my baby, paid 2g's to break the lease just cuz of my car getting fu*ked with) Now i park my Z inside and walk to school. The only time my Z comes out is if i have to go get food or go back home. Im soo sorry man and hopefully you make that lil black sl*t pay for your baby. Truly sucks
