oh and to let everybody know the story...... some stupid black chick ran the stop at the end of the lane, hit the truck in the pic that was passing by, and he (in turn) hit my car, which pushed me forward and was about a cm. away from hittin a lexus that was parked in front of me.

some people need to learn how to drive!

what was the girl driving to plow the truck into you car so hard? did you have the e-brake on? did you leave the car in gear? if you left it in gear, make sure to check out the tranny real well. look at the bright sight you can get the '06 LED tails if you want.

still check the tranny, it coulda popped out of gear when it was forced to move.

also new tires, potential wear spot.

thats a couple g's worth of work:

rear trunk lid
rear bumper
rear quarter panel
rear light
new interior panels
rear turn signal
repaint
and more

(at work i saw a guys mustang pop out, he was parked on an incline, no ebrake either, his mustang just rolled down the incline, across a 2 lane road, and over half a median/sidewalk. scrapped up his bumper, chassis and exhaust. i laughed so hard when he left the store. he had three friends with him just to make it worse. He just drove it off the curb. Thing was there were two cops just across the other street pulled over and chatting, didnt do a thing about it.)

yea i dont think it was actually all force, it was prolly more of a reflex...... whenever she hit him he prolly jerked the wheel the other way and hit my car in the process. i drove it home from the parkin lot and it seems to drive just fine like it did before, so i'm pretty sure the tranny is fine

ouch, this reminds me of a similar case a few years back. someone was rippin' through the parking lot and t-boned a new z that was parked at the end of a row on a curve. the impact pushed the z sideways into a new mercedes. those two cars were the only two cars parked at the farthest end of a very large parking lot. there was nothing else close except empty parking spots. clearly, their owners were trying to avoid other cars, door dings, etc. really sad.
