06's delivered to Performance NISSAN... Initial Findings...
Yeah, love the new interior, love the new wheels, love the new engine, suspension, hell, I just love the car! I'm going to end up with an '06. It's just a question of whether I get it before the winter or wait until spring.

The previous forged track wheels were about $1400 a pop new not including tires...

So this changes things for the FI kits...
Some kits have very close pipe clearance to the front of the heads, but now the Exhaust Timing mech is in the way on some...

Rite now I am showing it to be:
MSRP: $556.42
Web Price from us would be:
$430.89
But I am showing the same price for both headunits Bose and Non... So I am not 100% sure this is the correct pricing...
If you are going to use this head unit you will also have to switch to the 2006 Center Console because the curve of the headunit is different for 06...
^ that exhaust timing made it very tricky for me to install the K&N Typhoon, since the pre-fabbed metal bracket that holds the airbox in attached to the front of the cam cover. I had to get the oxy torch and make some new bends

^ might as well elaborate on the K&N Typhoon airbox bracket since this is becoming the definitive 2006 thread
first i had to bend the end of the L bracket that attaches to the cam cover back by around 5mm. Its impossible to do this with your hands since the metals quite strong, so i heated up the bend with an oxy torch. But then the end of the bracket wouldnt fit on the cam cover.

you can see in the pics there is a groove where the rounded egde of the bracket sits in. Heres a close up, you can just see the bracket and nut in the far left.

I basically had to cut the end of the bracket and shape that curved bit more rounded. I used a metal file, plenty of time and patience. I eventually got the curve right and it fit on. Theres still a bit more room i could have gone with the bend, but its secure enough
Should note that's not the airfilter K&N supply with the kits, its an inverted-top universal K&N filter that has an open end, i figure the pipe will feed cool air straight into the centre of the filter, rather than having the filter pickup the hot air inside the airbox.
Typhoon vs inverted top filter

This will not happen--450/month for 3 years. NO WAY...the average z price is 31g. if you want 450/month, you better put a down payment of 10g to 13g.
But then again, I believer your leasing when I browsed through the forum here.

Jason, what's the paint code for your IF? I'm wondering if it's different from our Plum Brandy.
