22 might be a little loose. I recently bought a 21mm impact socket and it fits perfectly. Works great with my torque wrench - no slipping or marring of the lugs nuts.

Lub Nut Socket Size

Yep, you want a 21mm socket. That's the
correct size for stock lub nuts (at least on my
2003 Touring).
