Default Turbonetics Open House...

Just got back home from the Turbonetics open house. I would say it was an excellent turnout. Around 45-50 Z's and about the same number of G's showed up. Turbonetics may have kept a more accurate count.

They raffled off a bunch of cool stuff. I didn't win any of the raffles, but I did get a free t-shirt and some good chow. I also learned alot about turbos from the tour of their facility and some of the guest speakers.

I took a bunch of pictures and will probably get around to posting them some time tomorrow. I'll post them in a seperate thread.

Is there anyone else from this forum that was there?

Yea, I just got back too. Kudos to Turbonetics for a good show, great food and very informative presentation. The lil helicopter was cool...can't wait for them to post fly-by vids.

I'm uploading pics..will post link when it's done.

Grand prize was single turbo kit. a few other nice raffle prizes: carbon fiber strut bar, test pipes, alpine head units, ecu chip (forgot which one - worth like $800). Everyone who RSVP got free T-Shirt and stickers and of course free lunch. The meat was soo good - i had a least 6 stacks.

Fun day. Nice to see all the cars, although I was disappointed, only 2 roadsters (me being one). I wanted to see spoiler options and what not, oh well...

Whoever had the Silver Z with the Foose wheels... omg those wheels are just awesome...

Funniest moment of the day: Turbonetics guy says "Drive slowly and carefully, be considerate, we've had a few complaint already today" Next thing you hear, VROOOOM, SCREEEECH as people just peel out leaving.

Turbonetics rules! If you guys are reading, thanks for having us!

Wow. Very nice pictures.

Nice meeting some of you guys finally! I had the SB Track Edition parked next to the Mossy Performance tent. Hope to meet more of you at the next event!

Looks like it was an awesome event. I wish I could have shown up, but it was on the opposite coast, and also The Run event here in FL was on the same day. Oh well, maybe next time.
