I remember reading somewhere that whatever we're getting would start popping up on Friday the 28th. I remember this only because that's my birthday

I sure hope something comes by the 3rd...not that I really care that much (I care more about my car coming). But, imagine what this site will be like if the 3rd comes and goes with nothing...Oh my...another case of Nissan destroying our out of whack expectaions.

NISSAN mailed out the package to all pre-orderers three days ago, and EVERYONE would have had their's by now, EXCEPT that jay belived the package violated the JULY 3rd EMBARGO, so he ran to everyone' mail box and took the package. He will be forwarding the packages on July 3rd as soon as the embargo ends, so hang in there.

I thought it was kind of funny, robbyn. I was actually surprised when you apologized for it and even more surprised when it was received as it was. Guess there's such a thing as treading *too* lightly, eh? Sure it's "Batman and Robin", but does Robin ever get any praise?

Regarding the "mystery package" from Nissan, my heart almost pounded its way out of my chest last night when I got home from work and saw a shrink-wrapped package from Nissan sitting on top of the mail pile. Could it be???
Talk about a disappointment, it was just a packet reminding me that the lease on my '00 Maxima SE expires in October. D*%N! Now with all the talk about delays in shipments, I may have to start horse-trading with my dealer to hang onto my car until my Z arrives. He really wants me to let him show off my Z for a couple days (his only Z).
