When do i need to rotate my tires?
Ummm, how about never. The Z tires are different sizes on front and rear.
You can cross-swap them by dismounting the left and right tires and remounting them on the other side. This is only done to deal with wear problems like the feathering issue.

its not the traditional "rotation"
In short...
you remove the tire from the rim, flip it, re-mount it onto the rim and put it on the oposite side of the car... walla... you now have new tread on the inside...
