The bottom of my front of my plate was bent up at a 45 degree angle.

I don't see how this could have happened any other way.

I think they were looking for that bracket that unscrews out of the tow hook.

Yeah, I know. I just noticed that my antenna is GONE. Unscrewed it and took off. I guess it's good they didn't key my car on the way out.

 

I had that happen on my VW Passat 2 years ago. Went to a movie, came out (still daylight) and someone unscrewed my antenna and took it. I was MAJOR ticked. Not that it cost me a lot to replace it but just the total lack of respect for other peoples stuff. I wish at times I could catch people doing this I would break some hands and arms.

 

yeah people suck... one thing i hate most is them taking ur valve stem caps... i like my factory ones...

Man that really sucks! I think I will just drill the holes in my bumper and place the plates there instead cos of so many freaking thieves out there.

 

Hmmm...Wonder if anyone has come out with a power "shorty" retractable antenna (in black) for the Z??

Turn off the engine or radio and it just disappears...theft problem solved.

OH yeah there's no way he could have stolen that bracket unless he outright tore it off the front grill. That is hard because there's an 8" backing plate and there's security screws.

 

I wish an evil mickey like that would come out and eat the bad guy that did this Haha.
