Default don't hate me just because my Z is beautiful

today some imbecile...for no reason threw a small rock at my 03 chromesilver Z from behind when i was waiting to make a U turn at an intersection. It made a loud thud and i went WTF ......before you knew it the light turned green and i saw a black chevy pulling away among all the other cars. Luckily the small rock (approx.an inch in size) hit the Z at such an angle that it barely made a 1/4 inch scratch on my left front fender. ..well this isn't the first time... some people just can't stand the notion of not being able to drive a sexy sports car..... we Z owners are just too sexy for the road i guess..

Sorry to hear that. There are too many idiots out there. By the way, the color is "Chrome Silver".

Unfortunately, if you drive a 350Z, you can more expect vandalism and abuse. There are a lot of sorry *** losers out there.

damn I remember that davidv. Good that it was fixed to perfection. Just a side note, your camera's pretty good at showing the pearls on the white paint!

I was lucky (this time) that the Z didn't need a complete repaint. Still, vandals are frustrating because you cant fight those who you cannot find.

FSU33 reminded me that vandals usually end up working night shift at 7-11 for $7.50/hour. I now have a new found destain for convenience store workers.

The anger and frustration that Ztalker feels is no different than how I or any victim of vandalism feels: there’s little difference between a “little” vandalism an a “lot.” All vandalism makes me sick to my stomach.

Schools don't teach “respect” for others property. In fact “Thou shall not covert thy neighbors goods” is a commandment, and commandments are outlawed in school. They teach if you want to be gay at age 11, its OK. Its OK to get pregnant at 16 because heck, just get an abortion.

My apologies. This post belongs in the political forum.

I dunno what it is with this car but it really does attract a lot of attention over any other cars ive seen on the road. I had mine keyed a few months ago and had to pay 400 out of my pocket for a door respray. Its a sad world we live in.

I have to admit, I thought you all were a bunch of whiners who just thought every little normal ding and scratch was the work of a vandal. BEFORE I got my Z. Now I'm completely onboard with you.

I've had my Z about a month and half and it has right about 1000 miles on it. I think people go out of their way to mess with the car. I have a nice ding in the driver door from someone opening their door into it. And I've got two on the passenger side. I found one on Saturday morning when I was washing it...nice dimple the size of a quarter with a healthy scratch. I was able to rub the scratch out, but that dimple is still there laughing at me.

I'll have to agree with the thing about the 7-11 employees. Of course living in this town puts me in an awkward situation. I think the median income here is ridiculously low. Come to Pensacola and you'll know what I mean. I'm definitely making bucks somewhere to the right of the bell curve down here. Anywhere else and I'd be just about average in the income department. Damn jealous people.
