Actually, it's internet fraud, I believe.That is handled by Interpol. I do not think you will get there attention on this one. However, Paypal and ebay have ways to deal with these kinda guys.

That would be him. He had a classified up for the same headers, a few days ago. I see that it is gone, now. I think Booger jacked him up, over there, and called him out on it.
