i've lost all faith in Toyota...tree huging, conservative, loser of a company...all they care about are their profits from cheaply made cars and are affraid to take a chance on a performance car let it be the "supra" or any other NEW sports car in general...

I do see where people are coming from when they say Toyota makes boring cars w/no soul or Japanese Buicks...
I would take a hybrid Celica if they made it for a commute car. Lol !!!
The MR2 Turbo was about the last nice Toyota sports car made.
Too bad, I owned a couple of Celicas in the past. In their time they were very nice.

Yeah, Toyota has lost the young enthusiast crowd altogether and has become known as a boring company lately, hence the birth of the Scion marquee (which has been doing exceptionally well, btw, forcing Honda to play catch up) to regain the 16-24 y.o. segment . That is all the more reason for new sports cars to be released to breathe new life into the Toyota umbrella brand among the $30k+ car buyers.
