Default HID question.

This may sound like a stupid question but I was wondering if HID's make it harder or easier to see in fog? I'v never driven a car with HID's but I remember on my previous vehicles when I would change out headlight bulbs I had to be carefull because the wrong bulb made it near impossible to see in the fog some mornings.

Yea I'v heard never to touch those bulbs without a rag. I'll just have to test this myself when I get the car and see if I need to buy the Vizage bumper for foglights.
